You should meditate in a comfortable and relaxed position, in a quiet place where you are unlikely to be disturbed. Try to meditate in the same place and at the same time to turn your meditation practice into a fully established habit. In the early stages of your meditation practice, you can sit for as little as five minutes. As you progress, you can gradually increase your daily mediation time to half hour or even one full hour. It is also important to bring good intentions to your mediation practice, such as patience, kindness, compassion, openness.
